The False Prophet is not a human, it’s the second beast of Revelation 13. Remember this is a nation, not a person (the United States):
And I beheld another beast coming up out of the earth; and he had two horns like a lamb, and he spake as a dragon.
And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live.
And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone.
Revelation 13:11,14 and 19:20
The False Prophet and the Second Beast that comes up out of the Earth are one and the same, as can be seen by the verses above.
And the second beast (nation) comes out of a relatively unpopulated area, the Earth – the New World – the opposite of the first beast, which comes out of the sea (many nations, peoples, languages, and tongues – Europe).
Also side note, for those thinking something is going to make the U.S. no longer a player in the future – not going to happen.
As can be seen by the verses above, in the future, the U.S. will force the entire world to worship the image of the beast. Therefore, the U.S. will still be the strongest nation on the planet until the end. Things may happen inside of it, and it will eventually change (soon) and speak like a dragon, but it will still be powerful enough to force other nations to do its will.
