In the last days, at the very end, the Bible describes the characteristics of those that will be saved:
And the dragon was wroth with the woman, and went to make war with the remnant of her seed, which keep the commandments of God, and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
Revelation 12:17
Here is the patience of the saints: here are they that keep the commandments of God, and the faith of Jesus.
Revelation 14:12
Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.
Revelation 22:14
For those of you thinking that you can’t keep the commandments or become free from sin, think again:
There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.
Luke 1:5,6
And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
It can be done. Enoch, Job, and Elijah did it. Zacharias and Elisabeth did it. We can too. But not by our own power.
