There were 2000 years of time before the Law – the Torah and the Ten Commandments were given.
There were then 2000 more years of time under the Law – the first 5 books of the bible written by Moses (also called the Pentateuch: Genesis, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, and Deuteronomy).
At the end of those 4 prophetic days (4000 years), Jesus the Messiah came, sometime in the mid-to-late 20’s A.D., and died, sometime in the early-to-mid 30’s A.D.
This is why God had the Israelites wait 4 days to kill the Passover Lamb. It was yet another type, or shadow, or in other words, an example, pointing to Jesus.
After Jesus’ baptism and then death on the cross, the 4000 years were completed. This means there are 2 prophetic week days left (2000 years), and 1 prophetic rest day left (1000 years) – the finale of the grand cosmic week.
Moses speaks of God coming on the third day in Exodus:
And be ready against the third day: for the third day the LORD will come down in the sight of all the people upon mount Sinai.
Exodus 19:11
Hosea speaks through Inspiration about this:
After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in His sight.
Hosea 6:2
These are not literal days, or even the normal prophetic 1 day = 1 year days. This is talking about the end of time after 2 days (2000 years) on the grand cosmic scale, because Hosea mentions raising us up (the dead) and then living in His sight in the third day (the end of time, and for all eternity).
That third day Hosea speaks of, is the final 1000 years of the grand cosmic week, the prophetic Sabbath day mentioned in Revelation:
…and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.
Revelation 20:4,5
But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished….
During the final 1000 years (the final 7th prophetic day in the grand cosmic week), the saved will be with Christ and the Earth will rest.
At the end of the final 1000 years, those that are not saved, plus all the evil angels, along with sin and death itself, will be permanently removed and our true life with God will begin. A tiny blip in the timeline of eternity.
Knowing these verses, along with what has happened in history, allows us to narrow down potential years of Jesus’ return.
